MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome members/guests
- Answer the telephone calls.
- Check Daily Log Book from last shift whether is correct.
- Check “ Out
- Of-Order Record” from the last shift whether is correct.
- Check “ Change Towels” from last day whether is correct.
- Finish “Closure Cashier Report” and submit to General Cashier.
- Check shower, locker room & light are working.
- Check cleanliness of Fitness Centre.
- Clean counter, linen shelf.
- Tiny & fill up towels, T-shirts, shorts to the shelf.
- Regular check and clear dirty towels in the changing room
- Collect membership card from members when they come in, note down their name, membership number, locker key number, which linen item they have.
- Give to members/guests what linen things they need for their exercises, provide locker key.
- Return membership card to members when they leave the center.
- Check the hand paper, toilet roll. Office stationary and ordered to fill up if they going to run out.
- Providing guests information about the facilities and service of the Fitness Centre.
- Make bill when members/guests pay. With member’s payment, need to change their membership expire date in membership list record, make note in their personal payment record (2 sheets). Member’s payment need to be double check by two cashiers before file.
- When have new bill made, should be updated in income books, income log sheet.
- Update weekly membership list
- To check membership list if unpaid members come in, ask them to renew their membership & cosmetic locker
- Collect float money from front desk cashier in the morning and handle float money to front desk cashier at the end of the day...
