**Responsibilities**:

- Manage general operations.
- Monitor team progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective teamwork and communication.
- Train and coach by leading by example to all members to build up Healthy Agile Working Environment
- Provide support to team leaders to cascade and communicate their key performance indicators to their team members and develop performance goals aligned with the business requirements.
- Support & coach team leaders on how to have effective performance evaluation conversations.
- Coach team leaders on how to structure performance improvement plans and then have effective conversations around improvement areas with employees.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Must have: _
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Background in the Banking/Finance industry.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
- Proven record of managing a team of 50+ headcounts.
