- Oversee merchandising team, coordinate with other departments and all suppliers assure all sampling development, production delivery on time
- Collect cost information quote price to buyer and negotiate with supplier, delivery date confirm from both buyer and supplier.
- Efficiently manage merchandising process.
- Manage development process from concept to final production sample..
- Making sure all required production info (Garment Sketch, BOM, etc.) ready for production schedule.
- Other works assigned by Factory Manager and Top management.

**Yêu cầu**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Service mind oriented.
- Good at negotiating.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English or Chinese.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure and work against deadline.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and highly responsible.
- Computer literate.
- Over 5 years experience in Merchandising Manager
