Merchandiser (Sales)

**ABOUT US**

Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are looking for a **Merchandiser (Sales)** responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing accurate quotations to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

**WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE**
- Working closely with the cross-functional teams to collect information for accurate quotation preparation.
- Generate and send detailed quotations that meet customer specifications.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns timely, promptly and professionally.

**WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE**
- Good command of English, especially in written and spoken.
- **Proven 6 months - 1 year experience i**n **sales**, **garment merchandising**, or a similar role
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in quotation processes.
- Excellent negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
