**Trách nhiệm công việc**: Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế sáng tạo, phát triển đồ họa cho hình ảnh thương hiệu VIB, các chương trình marketing sản phẩm dịch vụ, thông điệp truyền thông nội bộ và phối hợp với các bên liên quan tổ chức các chương trình marketing của VIB và Khối Ngân hàng Bán lẻ (NHBL).

Phát triển định hướng sáng tạo về hình ảnh mang bản sắc riêng cho Thương hiệu VIB - đảm bảo phù hợp với định vị riêng của sản phẩm, dịch vụ của VIB và tuân thủ theo nhận diện thương hiệu chung của VIB;
Phối hợp thực hiện Art Direction cho VIB theo từng thời kỳ;
Thiết kế sáng tạo, phát triển đồ họa, ứng dụng cho các chiến dịch marketing sản phẩm dịch vụ và các thông điệp truyền thông nội bộ phù hợp với chiến lược, định vị thương hiệu của Khối NHBL;
Phối hợp với các bên liên quan tổ chức các chương trình marketing của VIB/Khối NHBL nhằm thúc đẩy hoạt động kinh doanh của Khối NHBL và nhận diện thương hiệu của VIB thông qua kênh mạng lưới chi nhánh và kênh trực tuyến;
Giám sát chung về hình ảnh, kiểm soát rủi ro liên quan đến thương hiệu, sản phẩm VIB trên các kênh truyền thông và sự kiện;
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý.

**Yêu cầu**:
Cử nhân chuyên ngành Thiết kế, Thiết kế Mỹ Thuật đa phương tiện, Kiến trúc, Tài chính - Ngân hàng, Quản trị kinh doanh;
Tối thiểu 7 năm (Chuyên gia)/ 5 năm (Chuyên viên cao cấp)/ 3 năm (Chuyên viên chính)/1-2 năm (Chuyên viên) kinh nghiệm về thiết kế đồ họa và tổ chức sự kiện tại các tổ chức tài chính hoặc Các công ty dịch vụ truyền thông quảng cáo, sự kiện (Agency) danh tiếng;
Am hiểu các kỹ thuật in, nhiếp ảnh và các xu hướng hiện tại của ngành;
Kiến thức vững vàng về xây dựng hình ảnh thương hiệu, biết nắm bắt xu hướng hình ảnh và và thị hiếu thị trường;
Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm trong bộ Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effect, Audition);
Kỹ năng: Graphic Design: cao cấp, Video: trung cấp, Photography: Sơ cấp;
Kỹ năng tư duy chiến lược, sáng tạo tốt;
Kỹ năng thuyết trình tốt, kỹ năng quản trị rủi ro hiệu quả và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề;
Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, giao tiếp và xây dựng quan hệ tốt;
Thành thạo kỹ năng tiếng Anh.
