**Job Purpose**

Building Technology ‘s strategy is to build up an ecosystem to support sales increase revenue and also support service partners or customers improve their business process. Based on strategy, we have been working with US team to develop Simpson products including ICS Truss, Estimation, Pipeline, LBM, SaaS service, OLS and providing solution to the customers.

Scrum Master - Team Leader is the position that is responsible for coaching to help transition our existing work practices to a full embrace of agile methodology, from the top down. This person will play a key role in long-term strategy across the business, helping our teams deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner. Main responsibility as follow:

- Building Scaled Agile framework (SAFe), facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching
- Building Scrum team and ensuring scrum team executing smoothly
- Managing resource availability, hours’ capacity and hybrid working schedule
- Ensuring products deliverables, timeline and quality

Another words, Scrum Master - Team Leader role we are looking for is a combination responsibility between Agile Coach vs Scrum Master.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

**Annual development**:

- Establish annual objectives for Team to achieve the team goals and accomplish the SST-VN objectives.
- Implementing the weekly /monthly team reports including but not limit: quantity, quality, special projects, compliments, complaints, ect... as request to ensure the more accuracy of the annual reviewing
- Review and enhance the current process; closely contact with US Stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of team operation.

**Service Providing Management**
- Build Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe ) and form a Scrum Team
- Facilitate the transition from earlier design and support methodologies (e.g. Waterfall Development or Kanban) to the Agile and LEAN ways of working.
- Coach function management and scrum team on the SAFe methodology, practices to ensure the adoption of best practices from the top-down.
- Building Agile mindset, a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices; maintain process documentation
- Managing resource availability, hours’ capacity and hybrid working schedule
- Organizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
- Remove the impediments and roadblocks that are impacting the team's ability to deliver the sprint goals
- Supporting and collaborating with Tech Lead, QA Lead, BA and Stakeholders, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog.
- Ensuring that product releases are completed to design specifications and as per the “Definition of Done”.
