This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

One main focus of **Bosch Automotive Steering R&D **activities is using specific software to connect components and create complete systems. Today, **Automotive Steering** already generates around 60 percent of its sales with electric steering systems. A compact, locally developed, and particularly inexpensive steering for cars for Asian markets shows that the company offers more than just solutions for premium vehicles. As a result, customers with lower-cost compact cars also benefit from the product’s advantages. As a **Delivery Manager,** you will play a crucial part of team to contribute to these activities:

- Be responsible as a main customer contact** **on a variety of topics related to **Automotive Steering System development,** and work closely with the customer to resolve open topics and align common goals
- Be the decision maker on project priorities, conflicts and requirements
- Handle quality and risk** **as per the standard processes in the organization
- Oversee daily activities of system project teams, provide direction and guidance as needed
- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments
- Promote team engagement, motivation and competency build-up. Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
- Evaluate the performance of team members and determine essential training needs
- Support Project Manager on engineering related project management topics and issues within the project scope
- Responsible for establishing and driving efficient cooperation with other teams

**Qualifications**:

- B.S or equivalent degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computing Engineering, Information Technology or related major
- ** 8+ years of experience in Embedded Software**. Practical experience with software development according to **ASPICE Standard **is valuable
- Acquire knowledge and experience in **Project Management **processes
- ** Solid Resource Management** and **Time Management **skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-driven and strong inter-personal skills
- Ability to build and lead teams
- English proficiency is a must. Japanese proficiency is a plus
- Experience in **Automotive field** is an advantage
