- BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

The Project Managers at BBM (Mobility Solutions), who involve in Commercial rather than Technical domain, will:

- Accountable for the overall success of projects from Start of Development to Start of Production to achieve defined targets such as: on time, on budget, on quality, on specifications, and customer satisfaction.
- Involve in Project Acquisition phase and support relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that the projects handled follows Bosch’s Project Management process
- Act as a non-technical Customer Interface to work with Japanese car makers
- Act as an Internal Interface to work with different and distributed project stakeholders such as Sales, Technical Project Manager, Engineering Departments, Production Plant, Logistics, Sample Shops, etc.
- Implement projects: Internal and External Kick-off meetings, Quality Gate assessments, Regular Project Meetings, Project Handover meeting
- Track Prototype delivery events and initiate the internal processes; work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that prototypes are produced and delivery on time to Japanese car makers
- Collaborate to complete Engineering Change Request; prepare new quotations based on technical changes
- Use different Project Management Information Systems to ensure projects’ information is updated regularly
- Work on various documents such as Customer Surveys, Project templates, Prototype forecast
- Track the progress of Internal analysis of Defects and support relevant stakeholders
- Document Lesson Learned, Best Practice; conduct Final Project Review

**Qualifications**
- Project management knowledge with background in Economics or Business management
- Power train domain is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a big plus
- Excellent English communication
- Korean is preferred
- Strong Presentation, Facilitation, Negotiation skills
- Strong Sense of ownership and Commitment to Projects’ completion
- Work under high pressure and uncertainties while staying passionate
- Problem solving and make informed decisions
- Strong interest in technical domain
- High teamwork spirit
- Quick learner
