**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_**_/_**
- Responsible in forecasting accurate order
- Provide customers with products information
- Support Commercial, Finance in areas of cost improvements, resource optimization & prioritization and day-to-day activities.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries from the business
- Maintain a reliable liaison between EPD and customers

**_ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**

**Demand planning & Inventory control**
- Manage end-to-end process from forecast, demand planning, stock replenishment, importation to stock allocation and related KPIs (DOH, OTIF, inventory value, obsolete stock, forecast accuracy,)
- Clean data, ensure the integrity of input data (sales, usage,)
- Measure and review forecast accuracy
- Coordinate with commercials, marketing and finance to work out and align on demand forecast to meet To-market-sales and Margin target
- Monitor new products launching, promotional items and products transition or discontinuation plans (phase-in/phase-out)
- Monitor Product recall & quality hold to minimize cost impact
- Calculate and minimize the write off risk of slow moving & short shelf life stock by liaising with related stakeholders: distributors and/or marketing and/or commercials
- Manage expired goods and stock out at the approved ratio

**Supply planning**:

- Based on demand forecast, calculate, plan and execute stock replenishment plans for proper products
- Highlight capacity, backlog issues and evaluate business impact and ensure mitigation plans are in place
- Work with manufacturers’ planners to get new lots availability and get back logs solved
- Review and initiate cost saving or process improvement by streamlining processes
- Coordinate with QC/QA to improve packaging quality, shipping quality and monitor claims with shippers for damaged goods

**Distributors management & customer service**:

- Formulate KPI, SLA for main distributor
- Provide basic products & process training for distributors
- Respond to common inquiries from distributors & customers
- Ensure customer service as per specified in the contract are met, solving problems quickly, making customer’s issue a priority
- Handle & find root cause and solutions for customers’ complaints related to supply chain and delivery service in NPS system
- Advise distributors on various matters: packing, storage & shipping condition, documents for tender submission, quality issues

**Others**:

- Keep track on product list, license, and regulatory requirements. Analyze risk and impact from regulations update, quality issue or supply issues, propose and execute mitigation plans
- Manage and review miscellaneous expenses and claim: domestics transport, obsolete stock, importation fee, tax variance
- Provide staff coaching and training

**_ MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED _**
- Experience_

Minimum 5 years’ experience in in a Logistics (Demand/Planning/Supply Chain) role of Multinational Pharmaceutical Company
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Advanced level spreadsheet experience.
- Database skills
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
