**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 9 - 11 triệu VNĐ)
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý kênh Tiktok của Công Ty, phụ trách kinh doanh và phát triển kênh.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về Media Plan của Kênh, hướng phát triển của Tiktok Shop, kết hợp hướng phát triển các sàn Thương mại điện tử của công ty với gian hàng Tiktok Shop.
- Xử lý các vấn đề của gian hàng, là cầu nối trao đổi với đối tác Tiktok của Công ty.
- Set up livestream trên nền tảng Tiktok.
- Nghiên cứu và nắm bắt về các xu hướng video hiện tại để áp dụng vào kênh tiktok đang phụ trách.
- Giám sát số liệu kênh Tikok phụ trách.
- Tìm kiếm các livestream, KOC/KOL, quản lý hệ thống KOC/KOL, livestream làm việc kết hợp với gian hàng.
- Xây dựng và vận hành các Tiktok Shop mới theo yêu cầu của Công ty.
- Câp nhật thông tin chính sách từ kênh bán hành Tiktok, ngành hàng, báo cáo tình hình thị trường và kết quả kinh doanh cho quản lý và Ban Lãnh Đạo.
- Chăm sóc khách hàng giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng trên Tiktok.
- Thực hiện các kế hoạch kinh doanh khác trên Tiktok theo chiến lược phát triển của Công Ty.
- Nghiên cứu thị trường (ngành hàng, đối thủ ), phân khúc khách hàng, sản phẩm đang hot trend.
- Phối hợp với Media, Stylist, Design trong quá trình sản xuất nội dung.
- Các công việc khác liên quan theo sự chỉ đạo của Trưởng Bộ phận và Ban Lãnh Đạo.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/Đại Học chuyên ngành Báo Chí - truyền thông, Marketing, Quảng cáo hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Kinh nghiệm: có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mền chỉnh sửa video bất kỳ.
- Am hiểu sâu về Tiktok và nắm vững kiến thước hoặc đã từng trực tiếp vận hành Tiktokshop.
- Có kiến thức, kinh nghiệm bán lẻ và bán hàng online.
- Sáng tạo, năng nổ, tự tin vào khả năng bắt trends và tạo trends.
- Tư duy thẩm mỹ và hình ảnh tốt.
- Đã từng có kinh nghiệm làm Video Production là một lợi thế
