**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies and assess their suitability for the project.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks, proposing alternative solutions when necessary.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Must have**:

- **At least 5+ years of experience in any Front-End Web App frameworks.**:

- **At least 3+ years of experience in JavaScript based frameworks (i.e, React, NextJS).**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Proficiency in unit testing frameworks and tools, such as Jest.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an Agile development environment.

**Nice to have**:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Having proficiency in both frontend and backend.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Understand build tools and their configuration (Webpack, npm, etc).
