**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**Main responsibilities**
- Lead the QC team by managing the team members closely through JIRA
- Leading by example through the execution of your own testing
- Set up smoke tests followed by thorough regression testing for each build
- A clear framework for functionality testing
- Manually check for features to pass the usability tests
- Compatibility testing on a large set of devices
- Creating automation tests that will be executed through mainly the regression tests
- Work closely with developers to communicate clear instructions on reproducing bugs and give suggestions for improvements
- Work closely with designers to communicate clear instructions on missing flows, screens, and requirements that may arise during testing.

- **Office**: The Fika Villa in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
- **Remote work: Hybrid work environment. Can work from home at all times unless there are tasks that require in-person meetings.**:

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Your Role & Expectations**

As the Lead of the QC team at Fika, you will lead and evolve a small team of younger members to work effectively together in keeping both products of Fika (Fika and Leka) at a high standard. You will be expected to have the following:

- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
- At least 1 year of experience with automation tests
- Worked in agile environments
- A proven track record of setting up testing frameworks that have successfully released multiple builds without major bugs
- English proficiency at a professional level
