The Cốc Cốc brand is well known in Vietnam thanks to a strong product market fit since we launched in 2013. For our next stage of growth, we need to make our brand distinctive so we become the top-of-mind brand in the browser/search engine space. In order to succeed, we need to define a clear and rich brand identity, then consistently execute brand-building activities that are highly distinctive and ownable. Our branding activities will also be key to supporting our other user growth activities (distribution, organic/paid installs).

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and talented **Brand Manager** to take the Cốc Cốc brand to the next level and support our next phase of growth. In order to succeed, you will have to build a strong team, as well as work closely with our PR, Partnership, User Growth, and Product teams.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Execute branding campaigns that are highly distinctive so Cốc Cốc can become the top-of-mind brand in the browser/search engine space;
- Keep refining our brand identity and strategy, based on research and insights about the market, our users and our competitors;
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies;
- Lead creative development with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives;
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, align and manage branding budget;
- Measure and report performance of all branding campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Proven track record of building strong and distinctive brands;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

**Soft skills**:

- Good written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence business and technical audiences;
- Good English skills.
- Good decision-making skills, Analytical Thinking skills and Risk Management skills;
- Good Planning, Organizing, forecasting;
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure;
Good knowledge of markets and changing business environments.
