Underwriting Service Senior Specialist

This role is to underwrite new proposals/existing policies to make accurate decision within standard turnaround.

Job Responsibilities:

- Underwrite new proposals/existing policies within approved authority
- (Thẩm định hồ sơ bảo hiểm trong quyền hạn cho phép)_
- Verify and sign off underwriting cases for lower authorized
- level underwriter within approved authority.
- (Kiểm duyệt và ra quyết định thẩm định cho thẩm định viên cấp thấp hơn trong quyền hạn cho phép)_
- Handle complaints of customers and agents regarding underwriting decisions.
- (Xử lý thắc mắc khiếu nại của khách hàng và tư vấn viên liên quan đến thẩm định bảo hiểm)_
- Collaborate with other sections/stakeholders/partners resolve underwriting issues
- (Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác/đồng nghiệp/đối tác để giải quyết các vấn đề thẩm định)_
- Take part in building underwriting guidelines and updating forms if changes
- (Tham gia xây dựng bảng hướng dẫn thẩm định và cập nhật các biểu mẫu khi có thay đổi)_
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
