**_BGSV_**_ has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at _**_E-Town2 in HCMC_**_. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Job Description**:

- The Test Manager is responsible for managing System & Software V&V (Verification & Validation) activities in the project
- Creates & maintain project-specific V&V strategy, project-specific review concept for all test levels and features
- Prepares V&V plan
- Consolidating the V&V activities at the project level
- Coordinating with different domains (System, Software, Hardware) to ensure V&V activities are implemented as per the V&V strategies defined
- Coordinating with stakeholders w.r.t V&V activities according to the V&V strategy
- Reporting the V&V status to internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing Overall V&V Summary (including defect summary)
- Coordinating with System & Software domains to get overall view of the V&V specific competency management
- Participates in all meetings w.r.t project & V&V management
- Involvement in 5Why, 8D
- Technical consult/support

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**
- Bachelor / master’s degree, major in electronics or mechatronics or computer science
- 5+ years’ experience in embedded software / system testing
- Experience in test management as test manager/lead role
- Experience in Microcontroller / Micro-processor
- Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit
- Good communication skills and English both in oral and written

**Preferable**
- EV Charging related background or experience
- Experience in C / Python programming languages
- Experience in RL78 MCU
- Experience in automotive bus communication (CAN, LIN, Flexrey) and Ethernet
- Knowledge on Boot Loader/BootBlock/Safety/Security
- Knowledge on RTOS / Linux / AUTOSAR
- Knowledge on DevOps, CI/CD
- Knowledge on ISO26262, ASPICE
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced level
