Company Description

We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets**.** These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

**Job Description**:

- Manage AR matching, provide support to Asia Shared Service Center (ASSC) to match the detailed of unpaid billings to the accounts receivable, review AR unallocated receipts provided by ASSC.
- Perform pacing reports. Keep a close eye on contracted/ invoiced/received amounts for both local and international sales. Working with global sales team in various offices to collect required data.
- Perform VAT invoice publish as per local requirements and communication with sales team on any issues relating to sales contracts, invoices to customers.
- Build up reports extracted from systems as well as in excel / PowerPoints and presentations to summarize findings. Provide timely financial analytics to GM / event managers to evaluate event performance.
- Review and improve analytics processes to increase efficiency, accuracy
- Provide support to CFA in forecasting/ budgeting / 3-year planning.
- Perform floor auditing, space reconciliation per event once traded.
- Support CFA as and when required and fulfil other tasks assigned by CFA.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
- English and Vietnamese: fluent in both verbal communication and writing, effective in summarizing and explaining information to stakeholders.
- Good at Microsoft Office, especially excel, ability to build up reports.
- Strong communication skills, Being comfortable dealing with different Business partners
- Passionate to learn and grow.
