**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Điều phối hàng hóa: phối hợp với nhà cung cấp chốt kế hoạch đóng hàng và lập hướng dẫn giao hàng;
- Lên kế hoạch đóng hàng, sắp xếp thứ tự một cách hợp lý và chính xác;
- Xuất hàng theo hợp đồng/ hướng dẫn của khách hàng, đảm bảo đúng tiến độ như hợp đồng đã ký kết;
- Làm việc với các hãng tàu để lấy booking;
- Làm việc với đơn vị vận tải (Logistic) và các hãng bảo hiểm;
- Chăm sóc khách hàng: theo dõi xử lý các yêu cầu, phản hồi từ khách hàng, xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh;
- Giải quyết khiếu nại từ khách hàng liên quan đến lô hàng (nếu có);
- Thực hiên các công việc khác theo chỉ thị của cấp trên và Ban Giám đốc.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Nam/Nữ, độ tuổi 25-30;
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/ Cao đẳng (Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp đại học Ngoại thương hoặc chuyên ngành Kinh tế);
- Kinh nghiệm từ 2 đến 3 năm ở lĩnh vực xuất nhập khẩu;
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp;
- Có kỹ năng đàm phán, giao tiếp tốt;
- Nhanh nhẹn, chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc, tinh thần teamwork;
- Khả năng xử lý tình huống phát sinh.
