**Import**:

- Preparing & checking all docs to make customs declaration: product name, HS code, tax rate
- Checking all Circulars & Decree of the Government to make sure all necessary steps for clearance shipment
- Checking customs declarations and submit to the Customs system
- Contact service for release shipment at the customs office & liquidation at the air/seaport
- Contact FWD & arrange for delivery time & trucking
- Sending arrival notice for other Depts.

**Export**:

- Preparing invoice, packing list, and other docs for export shipment
- Contact forwarder for checking freight fee, booking space, and pick-up arrangement to make sure shipment will be loaded on board on time
- Making customs declarations and making C.O
- Following and making payment for all invoices related to freight bill
- Working with other Dept. for weekly making shipping planning

**Logistic**:

- Arrangement for daily car-schedule
- Contact service for trucking goods to domestics Customers/Vendors

Other tasks will be assigned by line-Manager

- Knowledge about FTA, HS Code, and related to import
- export and Vietnamese Laws.

Good knowledge about Incoterm, Payment ter
- Good knowledge about All shipping documents ( Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, ect.)
- Good experience in the fields of Import and Export, Forwarding, HS code

Soft skills:

- Hard-working, proactive, and good team player
- Manage working time efficiently according to priority and follow the deadline
- Negotiation, persuasion, problem solving
- Graduated from College/ University in Foreign Trade, Import & Export
