**Job description**:
**MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Nghiên cứu và đề xuất các công nghệ mới vào **dự án web/app **khám bệnh online
- Khắc phục sự cố và gỡ lỗi để tối ưu hóa hiệu suất ứng dụng di động
- Tham gia phân tích requirement, thiết kế hệ thống.
- Cải tiến và nâng cao chất lượng dự án.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.
- Lập trình UI/UX của ứng dụng web hiện đại dựa trên ES6, ReactJS, Redux.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ thiết kế để phát triển UI mới.
- Chủ động thảo luận và tư vấn về API backend.
- Nghiên cứu và lập luận về phương pháp hoặc công nghệ thích hợp để giải quyết vấn đề.

**Số năm kinh nghiệm**:

- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương

**Kiến thức & Năng lực chuyên môn**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin hoặc các ngành có liên quan
- Có từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với các framework frontend JS, reactJS
- Có kinh nghệm về việc tối ưu sourcecode, performance.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các mã nguồn React/React Native và bộ quy ước, Typescript, React Component, Redux, Flexbox, Push Notification, CSS Framework (Bootstrap, Zurb,..), CSS Preprocessor (LESS, SASS,..)
- Am hiểu về nguyên tắc lập và mã hóa code: Clean code, SOLID
- Có khả năng thiết kế responsive web design, có kinh nghiệm làm việc với RESTful APIs.
- Có làm qua react-native là một lợi thế

**Kỹ năng tin học**:

- Có kiến thức cơ bản về hệ diều hành Windows và các ứng dụng MS Office

**Kỹ năng ngoại ngữ**:

- Có khả năng đọc hiểu và giao tiếp Tiếng Anh tốt.

**Kỹ năng khác**:

- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và trong nhóm, có tinh thần hợp tác và linh hoạt trong giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật.
- Sẵn lòng tham gia vào quá trình đào tạo và học hỏi để cập nhật kiến thức và kỹ năng mới trong lĩnh vực DevOps.

**Onsite: 1200 USD - 3000 USD** (có thể cao hơn tuỳ theo năng lực ứng viên).
- Các ứng viên trúng tuyển tại **_trụ sở Manila_**_ _: sẽ nhận tiền tệ PHP ( Peso).
- Các ứng viên trúng tuyển tại **_trụ sở Malaysia_** : sẽ nhận tiền tệ MYR ( Malaysian Ringgit)

**Quyền lợi được hưởng sau khi qua trụ sở**:

- Được tham gia các loại bảo hiểm theo quy định của Pháp luật (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN).
- Được đánh giá năng lực 1 lần/năm.
- **Hỗ trợ 100% chi phí đi lại**:

- **Hỗ trợ 100% nhà ở**:

- Hỗ trợ xin visa (cho ứng viên ở Việt Nam), đổi visa (cho ứng viên tại Manila hoặc Malaysia) nếu cần.
- **Tiền thưởng cuối năm**:

- Nghỉ phép năm. (22 ngày phép, mỗi lần nghỉ được 15 ngày)
- Hưởng các chế độ khám sức khoẻ miễn phí định kỳ mỗi năm dành riêng cho nhân viên của Ismart.
- **Ghi chú**:

- Đi lại bao gồm đoạn đường từ nhà đến công ty và ngược lại
- Nhà ở sẽ do công ty cấp
- Thưởng cuối năm dựa trên mức đánh giá năng lực mỗi năm và theo tình hình hoạt động kinh doanh.
