CBI Digital - Chí Doanh đang tìm kiếm một số ứng viên xuất sắc về Web - Mobile App designer UIUX để tham gia nhiều dự án lớn của công ty.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Thiết kế giao diện website, ứng dụng di động dựa trên yêu cầu của khách hàng
- Nghiên cứu các thiết kế tốt nhất trong ngành cho từng dự án, và đưa ra các ý tưởng điều chỉnh để giao diện website tương tác tốt nhất với người dùng (great UI/UX)
- Trao đổi với các thành viên khác trong team (BA, PM, developer) để giao diện website được thực hiện tốt nhất từ góc độ design
- Sản phẩm thiết kế phải đạt mức độ hoàn thiện cao, không những đẹp mắt, mà còn phải thân thiện với người dùng, và hiển thị tốt trên di động.
- Cần có khát khao mãnh liệt để tạo ra những thiết kế tốt nhất có thể, và không ngừng tìm tòi để tạo ra những sản phẩm hoàn hảo. Và đây là yêu cầu quan trọng nhất của vị trí này.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Có phong cách thiết kế clean, hiện đại, tối giản
- Có thẩm mỹ tinh tế, kĩ lưỡng tới các chi tiết nhỏ, sử dụng font, font size, màu sắc, hình ảnh ấn tượng, sử dụng hài hòa và hợp lý các không gian và khoảng trắng
- Có hiểu biết sâu sắc về thiết kế cho mobile responsive và thiết kế app
- Có kĩ năng design chuyên sâu về web/mobile chứ không xuất thân từ graphic designer.
- Đam mê thiết kế, thường xuyên tham khảo nhiều website đẹp và cao cấp trong ngành và có khả năng thích ứng phong cách design của bản thân tiệm cận với các design xuất sắc
- Có phong cách thiết kế riêng, nhưng biết kết hợp hài hòa vào các đặc thù kinh doanh và branding của khách hàng để làm ra các design phù hợp
- Biết lắng nghe, cởi mở trao đổi, và chịu khó điều chỉnh để làm ra những design chất lượng, chứ không bám cứng vào các quan điểm thẩm mỹ cá nhân
- Luôn tìm tòi, nghiên cứu về các hiệu ứng front-end mới, đẹp và ấn tượng
- Kinh nghiệm sử dụng Sketch, tool Premier và After effect là 1 lợi thế
