**I. KEY JOB DUTIES**
- Collaborating with the project team to brainstorm and interpret the project brief.
- Researching relevant project material including translation styles, characters, and game UI.
- Present concepts, research, and references to the project team.
- Interpreting initial ideas and creating quick sketch drafts for reviewing.
- Creating detailed concept designs in a variety of mediums specific to the brief such as 2D drawings.
- Participating in feedback consultations and nothing changes.
- Working with Game designers to create the characters, environments, props, and designs based on feedback.
- Make sure to deliver the tasks on timelines, and schedules and report any issues to the Product Manager
- Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and advancements in Tools and technology.

**II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES**

**_ KNOWLEDGE:_**
- Academic background in art, design, or equivalent programs
- Possess a good understanding of design standards and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of visual language: texture, color theory, dimension, scale, perspective, shade, composition depth of field, proportion, spatial awareness, movement, lightning
- Knowledge about art concepts and the environment
- Knowledge of zoology, layout design, texturing, and asset creation
- Strong understanding of UX, specializing in mobile games is a plus
- User experience-related certification is a plus
- Knowledge of game genres and trends in gaming is a plus

**_ SKILL:_**
- Impeccable understanding and ability in artistic fundamentals - such as perspective, composition, color and light theory, form, shape, and texture
- Excellent time management skills, to sketch and adapt images quickly within tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to pitch and describe your concepts
- Research skills and an exceptional imagination to create images of people and places that don't yet exist
- Outstanding technical abilities, especially in creative programs and software, as you'll be creating and refining images digitally as well as by hand
- Resilience to receive constant feedback and adapt your work
- The ability to work well in a team as part of a wider design process, as well as being able to work independently and self-motivate to keep on top of deadlines.

**_ ABILITIES:_**
- Good artistic eyes and pay attention to detail
- 3D character skill is a plus
- Possess the spirit of pioneer, creative and unique thinking
- Ability to take on constructive criticism and deliver amendments based on feedback
- Used to working under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines
- Communicate effectively with other team members (strong communication skills)
- Willing to share ideas and knowledge.
- Grow mindset: Can-do attitude, learning spirit, persistence in the face of setbacks
- Ability to adapt to various art genres, themes, style
- Organizational and analytical ability, problem-solving skills
- A strong interest in Puzzle, Casual games art is a plus
- A love of playing mobile games and sensitivity to the user experience is a plus
- Strong Emotional Intelligence is a big plus.
