- BGSV - Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

The Automotive industry has always been a sector of fast development. **Innovations**_ _**require complex solutions with complex software functionality. These advances are directly related to the embedded technology found within the Automotive systems, including micro-controllers, flash memory and analog products.

One main focus of **Bosch Automotive Steering R&D **activities is using specific software to connect components and create complete systems. Today, **Automotive Steering** already generates around 60 percent of its sales with electric steering systems. A compact, locally developed, and particularly inexpensive steering for cars for Asian markets shows that the company offers more than just solutions for premium vehicles. As a result, customers with lower-cost compact cars also benefit from the product’s advantages. As a **System Test Manager,** you will coordinate all test activities within the development project. You also
- Support the System Project Leader by **tracking the test progress** and **synchronizing the various test schedules** of the departments. Based on the test results, provide a **recommendation for the approval **of a product release
- Customer interfaces for Verification and Validation
- Derive the V&V Strategy for the project: Define and maintain test plan for the assigned project (considering Functional safety, legal requirements and tailoring of test activities)
- Schedule and control all V&V Activities
- Define and maintain V&V schedule for the assigned projects
- Monitor and control progress of test activities in the assigned projects
- Ensure, that all tests are completed and test results are evaluated in time
- Evaluate and report V&V Results and Status
- Evaluate test results and test report status
- Report test status to the customer, project and organization
- Support the Development
- Support with system and methods knowhow
- Participate in work product release
- Participate in problem solving
- Perform the improvement of test methods, tools and ensure reintegration of lessons learnt for V&V

**Qualifications**:

- B.S or equivalent degree in Automotive Engineering, Electronic engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Information Technology or related major.
- 8+ years of **Test experience **in any **Embedded product / subsystem domain**.
- Working experience in **validation and verification** methods / Strategy
- Experience in **Testing** within the sub-Domain (SYS, MECH, E/E-HW or SW)
- Strong **leadership experience** in cross functional teams, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good moderation and negotiation capability
- Knowledge in product engineering processes
- Foundation of Project Management processes and experience
- Ability to network with diverse individuals
- ** English proficiency** is a must. Japanese proficiency is a plus
