**Mô tả công việc****:
**1. Designing Organizational model, function and mission**
- Review, adjust, supplement, modify, build organizational model, functions and tasks for departments of CMC Corps and member companies, in order to fit and agile with the reality and business demands.
- Participate the merging, restructuring, dividing the Departments upon the requirements of the business strategy

**2. Building the System Position for job titles**
- Review, standardize, and propose adjusting Job System/ Job Profile to suit business strategy, organizational model and management needs;
- Survey, evaluation, testing and planning Job position value/ payroll scale / rank and position standards.
- Periodically auditing in the program to evaluate the activities, implementing the policies/regulations at the member companies and making the appropriate recommendations

**3. Building a system of welfare and remuneration policies**
- Develop and propose benefits policy in accordance with business strategies, management practices for target groups
- Review and evaluate the payment principles, practical activities of payment, propose and adjust the management regulations accordingly.

**4. Building performance management system**
- Review, evaluate and propose regulations on Performance Planning/ Performance Management/ Performance evaluation and payment;
- Set up and manage the KPIs at all levels: Corporate, Department and Individual together with the performance evaluation procedures, guidelines and execution.
- Develop and propose programs for Organizational capacity development to improve work efficiency.

**6. Planning and overseeing employee training and development activities**

**Yêu cầu công việc****:

- Graduated from University or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy,...
- Have at least 05 years of experience in equivalent position
- Knowledge of human resources management activities, organizational development (system of job titles, ranks/ranks, standard framework of position, performance management...)
- Ability to research, synthesize information, design and write human resource management documents
- Ability to train, host and coordinate discussions / exchanges / teamwork on professional issues
- Interaction skills, case handling flexibility
- Good English is an advantage
