**1. Mô tả công việc**:
**Job description**:
1. Be responsible for overall management in production department
Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý chung trong bộ phận sản xuất

2. Oversee daily assembly production operations, review and solve production issues in timely & effective manner
Giám sát hoạt động sản xuất lắp ráp hàng ngày, xem xét và giải quyết các vấn đề sản xuất kịp thời và hiệu quả

3. Implement business production plan and ensure to meet goals of production yield, quality, cost and safety, make sure to meet RBA & EHS requirements by complying with RBA and EHS standards
Triển khai kế hoạch sản xuất kinh doanh và đảm bảo đạt được các mục tiêu về năng suất, chất lượng, chi phí và an toàn sản xuất, đảm bảo đáp ứng các yêu cầu của RBA & EHS bằng cách tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn RBA và EHS

4. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in production by leading a team to implement lean production philosophy & tools to improve production efficiency and achieve operation excellence
Thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục và sự xuất sắc trong hoạt động sản xuất bằng cách lãnh đạo một nhóm thực hiện triết lý và công cụ sản xuất tinh gọn để cải thiện hiệu quả sản xuất và đạt được sự xuất sắc trong hoạt động

5. Build a capable and flexible team to meet the dynamic business needs by fostering a learning-organization atmosphere and culture
Xây dựng một nhóm có năng lực và linh hoạt để đáp ứng các nhu cầu kinh doanh năng động bằng cách thúc đẩy bầu không khí và văn hóa tổ chức học tập

6. Effectively work together or collaborate with other teams to achieve whole site business goals

**2. Yêu cầu công việc**

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Bằng Cử nhân Kỹ thuật

2. At least 8 years related working experience in manufacturing field and at least 3 years in production management role
Có ít nhất 8 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan trong lĩnh vực sản xuất và ít nhất 3 năm trong vai trò quản lý sản xuất

3. Knowledgeable of lean manufacturing and had experiences in driving / leading production improvement
Có kiến thức về sản xuất tinh gọn và có kinh nghiệm thúc đẩy/lãnh đạo cải tiến sản xuất

4. Good Chinese skills in oral, reading and written
Kỹ năng tiếng Trung tốt khi nói, đọc và viết

5. Good at problem analyzing and solving
Giỏi phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và ứng xử tốt

7. Good leadership & motivation skills
Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và động viên tốt

Ability to drive to change and work under in uncertainty environment
