**Role Overview**

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be an essential part of our project management team, collaborating closely with our Senior Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of both external and internal projects. You'll have the chance to work on diverse projects, gaining exposure to cloud technologies, data analytics, and various aspects of project management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate project tasks, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Prepare project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in risk management by identifying potential project risks and issues, and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Support communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing inquiries.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your project management skills and knowledge of cloud services and data analytics.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the project management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, sales, and customer success, to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles is a plus.
- Strong interest in cloud computing, data analytics, and technology solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a growth mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
