**Job description**:

- Hỗ trợ người dùng giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh khi tác nghiệp trên hệ thống ERP(SAP RISE).
- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất các sửa đổi, cải tiến nhằm hợp lý hóa qui trình tác nghiệp, nâng cao hiệu năng của ứng dụng ERP(SAP RISE).
- Hỗ trợ người dùng hiểu rõ các chức năng của hệ thống ERP(SAP RISE).
- Thực hiện các công việc phát triển tính năng/sửa lỗi tính năng trên hệ thống ERP(SAP RISE) theo yêu cầu được duyệt của các đơn vị nghiệp vụ.
- Tham gia (phối hợp cùng vendor, đối tác) triển khai các bản vá lỗi, các đợt nâng cấp phiên bản thường niên hay đột xuất.
- Hỗ trợ (phối hợp cùng vendor, đối tác) triển khai hệ thống ERP (SAP RISE) cho thị trường nước ngoài của GSM.
- Hỗ trợ xử lý các lỗi/vấn đề phát sinh trên hệ thống ERP(SAP RISE) theo yêu cầu từ người dùng.
- Thực thi các tác vụ vận hành thường nhật trên hệ thống ERP(SAP RISE).
- Phát triển báo cáo đáp ứng nhu cầu vận hành và quản trị.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Có kiến thức về hệ thống ERP- SAP các phân hệ FICO, SD, MM.
- Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển ứng dụng SAP ERP với cơ sở dữ liệu/lượng người dùng lớn.
- Có kiến thức về SQL, thành thao ngôn ngữ lập trình ABAP cho ERP- SAP.
- Có kiến thức về tích hợp hệ thống.
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, Hệ thống thông tin (Hoặc tương đương), Tài chính kế toán.
- Có chứng chỉ các phân hệ FICO, SD, MM hệ thống SAP là một lợi thế.
- Có chứng chỉ về lập trình ngôn ngữ ABAP là một lợi thế.
