- Develop and maintain policies, standards and procedures to improve internal process acordance with ISO-WLA standard.
- Planning and coordinate in Internal Audit program.
- Inspecting, complaince checking Mornitoring and operating ISMS performance and effectiveness.
- Be involved in risk management process within organazation.
- Supporting internal tranining awareness to relevant staffs based on the updates of policies.
- Supporting do a annual report and external audit annually.
- Understanding internal polies and procedure which meet and be updated day-to-day accrodance with applicable standards.
- Actively pursuing effective and efficient operation of his/her respective areas to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk.
- Conducting internal audit and training to meet requirement.
- Monitoring and evaluate efficiency of quality to meet requirement.
- Documenting, designing the testing strategies for internal controls and developing solutions where issues arise.
- Reviewing the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Designing and executing the yearly planning to maintain and improve the standards compliance.
- Evaluating adequacy of quality assurance standards.
- Investigating and following up non-conformance issues.
- Identifying training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
- Coordinating and supporting on-site audits conducted by external providers.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, Project Management.
- A minimum from 1years working experience in Quality Assurance orrelated functions (such as Risk Management or Compliance).
- Ability ofEnglish skills.
- Verifiable progressive experience managing and/or problem solving related to internal controls, implementation of improvements, quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
