The opportunity
- This position will be working a 7 month contract.
- Receive invoice handover from Document colleague, check and input the data into CW1.
- Prepare and get approval for the payment list (follow up the DOA matrix)
- Transfer invoice and the payment approval list to COE for processing payment (follow the
- CoE SOP). Ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments to get Seaway,
- Telex released MBL before vessel arrive and payment deadline of carrier to avoid late payment fee or DEM/DET occur at destination.
- Create Assembly HBL (if any) to align with FMC rule and update all required data in the related shipment timely.
- Support Document colleague to collect MBL Original, Seaway or Surrendered/Telex Released or Telex LOI/POA and upload into CW1 e-Doc.
- Meet all Ocean compliance, KPIs and follow the process of the company.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial operations (if any)
- Other tasks will be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Work location: 16 Truong Dinh, Vo thi Sau Ward, District 3, HCM, Vietnam
- Work with high sense of responsibility and good ability of coordination and communication
- System:

- Good excel spreadsheet knowledge Microsoft Office
- Good in using Cargo Wise One (CW1) system will be considered with priority
- Language: good oral and written in English
- Nationality: Vietnamese
