**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**About the job**:

- Participate in all stages of product development, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain server-side components using Java (J2EE, Jakarta Framework).
- Create and enhance user interfaces.
- Design, implement, and manage databases using Oracle.
- Work closely with Japanese team members and business users to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

**About You**:

- 3-4+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Java (J2EE, Jakarta Framework).
- Experienced with VueJS or other frontend development.
- Skilled in Oracle database management and development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Academic degree or equivalent working experience in Information Technology or a related field.
