MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Thực hiện hồ sơ visa (visa Outbound, visa đoàn, visa lẻ) các thị trường: Nga, Hàn, Đài Loan, Kazistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan
Tương tác làm việc với các phòng ban liên quan đến các tour khởi hành có yêu cầu visa.
Tư vấn hồ sơ visa cho khách hàng
Thu nhận, kiểm duyệt và xử lý hồ sơ visa. Đặt lịch hẹn, thông báo đến khách hàng và tiến hành nộp hồ sơ.
Nhận kết quả và cập nhật đến khách hàng;
Báo cáo việc thực hiện công việc theo yêu cầu của bộ phận.
Cập nhật liên tục các quy định, thông báo, điều chỉnh, thay đổi...về thủ tục xin cấp thị thực từ các đại sư quán, lãnh sự quán, cơ quan tiếp nhận hồ sơ.
Tìm kiếm, xây dựng và giữ mối quan hệ với các nhân viên hoặc đại diện của các đại sư quán, lãnh sự quán, cơ quan tiếp nhận hồ sơ

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
**Trình độ học vấn**: Cao đẳng, Đại học
Có kinh nghiệm từ 2 năm trở lên
Trung thực, linh động, cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
Có khả năng nắm bắt công việc nhanh.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng thuyết phục cao.
Có khả năng tổ chức, triển khai công việc một cách độc lập và quản lý thời gian tốt.
Có tinh thần chủ động, cải tiến
Chịu được áp lực công việc.
Giọng nói lưu loát, thiện cảm, dễ nghe, phát âm chính xác.
Tiếng Anh (nghe, nói, đọc, viết) tốt.
Sử dụng thành thạo MS Office.
Có mối quan hệ tốt với các Lãnh Sự Quán, Đại Sứ Quán là lợi thế lớn.
YÊU CẦU HỒ SƠ
Văn bằng bằng cấp và quá trình công tác cùng các giấy tờ khác.
