Mô tả
- Quality Control for Aero Engine Part
- Establish Procurement Requirement, Inspection Instruction for Raw materials & deal with Supplier when Nonconformance occurred on Raw materials.
- Review Bill of Material, Process Sequence (Router) sheet, Process Inspection and MQS
- Prepare and monitor Product Approval (FAIR, PPAP)
- Perform Internal Product Audit and receive the Audit from customers and 3rd party
- Perform Inspection for final product as Delegated Supplier Quality Representative (DSQR)
- Monitoring the capability of process using SPC

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
- Graduated from Universities (Mechanical Engineering background)
- Under 35
- At least 01 year experience related to Quality Control in Mechanical Manufacturing (Aerospace Industry is high priority)
- Proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of Quality Management System Standard (AS9100, ISO 9001)
- Proficiency about product approval (FAIR, PPAP) and Measurement System Analysis
- Familiar with Lean, 7 QC tools
- Good presentation skill as well as negotiation
