Hanoi, Vietnam Matching Program In Vietnam - VTJ EDU.JSC Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Work collaboratively to develop a strategic approach in developing an organized program to assist students with mild learning differences
Assist in the identification of students with learning differences
Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for identified students
Be an active member of a Student Support Team
Monitor, track and ensure progress is made toward the IEP
Work with individual and small groups of students to support their learning
Host parent meetings to support identified students
Provide advice and methodologies for teachers assisting them in developing differentiated instruction for identified learners
Host workshops for teacher regarding best practices when developing and implementing instructional opportunities for identified students
Hold periodic meetings with appropriate teachers/administrators to monitor the progress of identified students
Assess and report student progress
Share in the overall responsibility for the academic progress, personal development, health and safety, discipline and well-being of identified students
Provide timely communication to parents of identified students

**Become an active member within the TH community**: advisory, sports, after-school activities, and students clubs
Participate enthusiastically in morning meetings, house events, and assemblies
Contribute to the TH school improvement plan by serving on committees and other shared decision-making groups
Pursue professional development and model life-long learning
Demonstrate a willingness to work with students during school-sponsored community service activities

**Preferred Skill Set**:
Bachelor degree or above in Learning Support or equivalent
Experience working with students who display learning differences
Technologically able
Student-centered educator
Experience teaching in an international school
Ability to make humanities come alive for students via creative teaching methodologies
Knowledgeable regarding the developmental needs of secondary students
Cross-cultural exposure and understanding
The ability to work as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
