**About the Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate, modify, and improve internal and external materials for sales, marketing, training, documentation, and operations.
- Produce or modify deliverables in a variety of formats including PPT, PDF, AI, INDD, VSD, and web formats.
- Create diagrams to communicate architectural concepts and solutions, showing the complex interplay of various software and infrastructure components in a way that is easy to understand.
- Work closely and proactively with our team, especially the Marketing Director and Lead Content Specialist, to formulate an accurate design brief and produce effective deliverables in the smallest possible number of iterations.
- Manage future design-related hires and grow the Design Division of our Marketing Department.
- Act as the primary ambassador for the Helix brand, helping to enable other team members to comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistently high-quality brand image throughout the company.

**Must Have**:

- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in design positions.
- Formal training in graphic or front-end design from either a university diploma program or a mínimally 2-year professional design course.
- An instinct for User Advocacy and penchant for translating written concepts into beautiful designs that effectively communicate the intended information.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and without a design brief. While we always strive to request deliverables with a detailed brief and plenty of time to produce quality outputs, we do occasionally have short-notice requests with as little as an hour’s notice wherein the Lead Designer must be able to think critically and work independently to produce a mínimally viable deliverable.
- Flexibility and initiative to work effectively under varying workloads. All Helix team members are expected to meet rapid deadlines when required, as well as proactively work on longer-term projects when there are no immediate assignments.
- Flexibility to work international hours. Our marketing team and many of our developers are based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, but our clients are worldwide and our team is spread across 7 global offices. Hence, all Helix team members are occasionally required to join calls at inconvenient times in order to coordinate with global stakeholders.
- Experience designing professionally for IT and an above-average general understanding of IT concepts. The Lead Designer must be able to communicate effectively with our marketing and technical team members as needed to thoroughly understand our complex software solutions and use cases, and then represent them accurately in designs.
- Professional and consistent work ethic, including effective time management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and organized asset management. All design assets, including the raw design files, final output files, and any additional includes should be kept organized on our company SharePoint, such that any team member can rapidly locate, modify, and use an asset as needed without needing to consult the Lead Designer.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in front-end design.
- Experience in web design and low-code/no-code web and front-end design tools such as Webflow and Figma.
- Experience using new and emerging AI-powered design tools to accelerate productivity and turnaround, such as Adobe Express and Stable Diffusion.
- Coding knowledge, especially for web design languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Animation and/or video design knowledge.

Pay: Up to 35,000,000₫ per month

- Ho Chi Minh City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
