A digital marketing executive is typically responsible for engaging Prudential brand with customers via the digital space. He/She must keep abreast of industry innovations, trending content and competitors; He/She will be responsible for working alongside the vendor, internal teams to research, plan, implement, and manage our SEO strategy, customer experience on website and support to monitor other customer channels as edm, chatbot.., He/She will have to work very detailed for analyzing analytics and adjusting qualify content, website and system structure to optimize maximum customer experience..

Job Responsibilities

- Develop long
- and short-term SEO strategies. _Phát triển các kế hoạch SEO ngắn hạn và dài hạn_
- Oversee or manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns with search engine marketing (SEM) strategists. _Giám sát hay quản lí việc chạy các chiến dịch PPC để hỗ trợ cho chiến lược SEO_
- Collaborate and oversee to produce compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts, page descriptions, sub-website. _Phối hợp và giám sát đối tác để sáng tạo ra các nội dung hấp dẫn bao gồm các bài viết của blog, các dòng mô trả trang, các website vệ tinh._
- Work closely with Web master and IT team to employ customer experience and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users/lead and to help improve website performance. _Làm việc sát sao với quản lí website và team IT để sử dụng các phương pháp tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm người dùng và tỷ lệ chuyển đổi nhằm biến khách truy cập thành khách hàng và giúp cải thiện hiệu suất trang web_
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department (as social media team, PR) to align and manage SEO strategy, content website and other digital channels. _Cộng tác với các team khác trông nội bộ marketing như social, PR để điều chỉnh và quản lí chiến lược SEO, nội dung website và 1 số kênh tương tác với khách hàng khác._
- Analyzes campaign performance and recommends solutions for performance optimization daily. _Phân tích kết quả chiến dịch và đưa ra những đề xuất để tối ưu kết quả hằng ngày_
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly, report rankings, and recommend tactics to optimize. _Theo dõi số liệu theo KPIs mỗi tuần, báo cáo xếp hạng keywords và đề xuất các chiến lược tối ưu dựa trên phân tích._
- Supervise on vendors, instructing them and manage in/out with their performance. _Giám sát các đối tác, hướng dẫn các quy trình làm việc cần thiết và quản lí việc tìm kiếm thêm hay loại bỏ vendor dựa trên kết quả làm việc._
- Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any). _Khác: được chỉ định bởi quản lý trực tiếp hoặc Ban lãnh đạo công ty (nếu có)_

Job Accountability /
_Trách nhiệm chính_
- Plan and manage all SEO strategy (either a specific campaign or on a holistic level) to increase product’s awareness, insurance ‘s recognition, brand awareness. _Lập kế hoạch và quản lý tất cả chiến lược SEO (ở các chiến dịch chi tiết hoặc ở cấp độ tổng thể) để nâng cao nhận thức về sản phẩm, nhận biết về bảo hiểm, và nhận diện thương hiệu prudential_
- Proactively collaborate and drive key stakeholders (content vendor, IT team,..ect) for implementation & performance managemen on some own channels. _Chủ động phối hợp và thúc đẩy các bên liên quan (đối tác sản xuất nội dung, Phòng IT..) để triển khai và quản lí hiệu quả công việc trên các kênh tương tác với khách hàng của Prudential_

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

**Qualifications**:
_/ Bằng cấp_
- At least with University/College degree with experience in digital marketing, content, IT. _Tối thiểu tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học, ưu tiên từng có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực digital marketing, nội dung, IT_

Experience
_/ Kinh nghiệm_
- At least 3 year of experience in related field with proven achievements. _Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm_

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng
- A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO.
