Enhance the skills of the CAD team via guidance and training.
- Review existing processes, recommending, and justifying changes to improve efficiencies, streamlining procedures, improving speed, enhancing quality with the ultimate goal of creating a seamless CAD service team.
- Interview, test and select employees to fill CAD departmental vacancies.
- Participate in product value‐engineering and Lean projects to reduce costs and/or improve fabrications efficiencies.
- Assist in document creation and checking as needed.
- Implement necessary CAD procedures & tools (software) to assure adequate and timely supply of technical information, specifications, bills‐of‐material and drawings to efficiently support the needs of the Sales & Operations departments and meet customer commitments.
- Prepare written reports and/or oral presentations for company personnel, distributors, and clients.
- Ensure deadlines and goals for the team are met.
- Lead Vietnam Drafting team.
- Resolve and respond to product problems as requested by engineers and clients.
- Develop departmental metrics to measure the success of continuous improvement efforts (cycle times, error tracking, etc.)

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Excellent skill of design and drafting software 2D & 3D - AutoCAD, Inventor,
- Ability to read, interpret and work from technical drawings and other detailed written information.
- 8 or more years of experience working in a CAD Drafting Department or Engineering Department for steel structures.
- Must have Bachelor of Civil/ Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Good written and verbal English skill is a must (IELTS 6.0 or above is an advantage)
- Strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep analytical skills are required.
