1. Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý doanh số, hàng hóa trên sàn thương mại điện tử/ online nhằm đạt mục tiêu doanh số của Ngành hàng/ Be incharged of managing sales, products on the E-com/ online in order to achieve the sales target of the Brand’s business goals
- Lập kế hoạch, triển khai, giám sát, theo dõi các hoạt động E-com/ online hướng tới việc tăng doanh số tháng/ quý/ Plan, implement, supervise and follow up all E-com/ online activities to reach the sales monthly/ quarterly
- Phân tích, đánh giá thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh và hiệu quả các Kênh online và đề xuất, cải thiện nhằm phát triển cho hoạt động E-com/ Analyze, evaluate the market competitors and performance of online channel; propose improvements points to develop E-com activities

2. Triển khai, điều phối vận hành các hoạt động E-com hàng ngày hiệu quả/ Deliver, coordinate and operate the E-com daily activities effectively
- Tiếp nhận, xử lý đơn hàng trển các sàn Lazada/ Tiki/ Shopee/ Receive, process POs on the Lazada/ Tiki/ Shopee
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các Key Account của các sàn E-com để triển khai các CTKM hàng tháng/ Co-work closely with Key account of E-com platform to implement the promotion monthly
- Cập nhật các hình ảnh sản phẩm, SKU, banner, gian hàng E-com nhằm kích thích nhu cầu KH mua sắm/ Update pictures of product, SKU, banner and E-com platform to attract customers needs/ visiting
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Bộ Phận Sales/ MKT cho các chương trình bán hàng Nhãn Hàng và điều phối, theo dõi hàng hóa được giao tới KH hiệu quả/ Collaborate closely with Sales/ MKT Team for sales promotion program and coordinate, track the products to deliver to Customers effectively

3. Kiếm soát nội dung Content E-com theo dõi phản hồi của Khách hàng nhằm nâng cao dịch vụ KH/ Monitor the Content E-com to track the Customers complain to improve customers service
- Xem xét nội dung phản hồi KH, xử lý và phản hồi tới KH nhanh chóng, kịp thời/ Review customers feedback and process and solve the customers complain quickly/ timely
- Kiểm tra seeding, phản hồi tích cực trong các bình luận nhằm thu hút KH/ Check seeding, positive feedback the comments to attract customers

4. Các công việc khác được chỉ định bởi cấp trên/ Other tasks assigned by the Superior

- Đại học, Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Kinh Tế, QTKD hoặc các ngành liên quan /University/ College with the Economic, Business Administration or other related field

Kinh nghiệm/ Working Experience:

- Ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò giám sát E-com/ At least 02 years of experiences in the E-com supervisor role

Năng lực/ Competency:

- Vi tính trình độ A/ Computer level A
- Tiếng anh Giao tiếp trình độ B/ English communication level B
- Kỹ năng bán hàng/ Selling skills
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề/ Problem solving skills
- Kỹ năng phân tích/Analysis skills
