- Craft and oversee analytical roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Transform raw data into lucid reports, dashboards, and visual representations.
- Forge strong alliances with Engineering, Product, and Executive teams to deliver insights that influence pivotal decisions.
- Pioneer advanced modeling techniques and predictive analytics to forecast trends and behaviors.
- Implement cutting-edge tools and methodologies to augment our analytical capabilities.
- Spearhead the development of a culture that prioritizes data literacy and empowers decision-makers with crystal-clear insights.
- Maintain vigilance over data security, privacy laws, and ethical considerations in all analytical practices.
- Drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness by optimizing data storage, processing, and retrieval mechanisms.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within a data analytics team.
- Record of successful deployment of models, dashboards, and data governance structures.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) is an asset.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and analytical techniques.
- Mastery of analytical platforms and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other scripting languages crucial for data wrangling and analysis.
- Adept at statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and deriving insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex data concepts into understandable, actionable recommendations.
- Proven proficiency in working with big data technologies and distributed computing principles.
- Experience working with steaming Audio
