**_ Your key responsibilities:_**
- Provide an initial point of contact to our customers via ticketing systems
- Triage and work on incoming issues to bring them to quick resolution per defined standard services
- Work with all Tiers of support to triage issues, file and update bug reports and come up with solutions.
- Responsibility/focus and be on-time in working.
- Compliance with security policy
- Work on-shift after working hours and weekends as scheduled (if needed)
- Deploy, configure, troubleshoot and work with team on system deployment and system monitoring following predefined workflows.
- Actively contribute ideas and efforts to product success.
- Provide other duties as needed like technical support for end users and in-house development team

**Qualifications**:
**_ Skills/knowledge you need to be successful:_**
- Final year student/ new graduate/ less than 1 year of experience
- ** Ready to work full-time officially**:

- Knowledge of networking relating - TCP/IP & managing linux servers in system administration
- Ability to learn and adapt both cloud-based and hardware server management, including virtualization & containerization.
- Ability to learn and independently manage and resolve multiple customer issues whilst understanding when to engage other resources for help
- Good English communication
- Good knowledge in Linux OS and Cloud Computing.
- Own automation mindset with appropriate tools like shell scripting (Linux Bash or PowerShell), IFTTT, Rundesk, etc.
- Good problem-solving skill
- Pro-activeness (self-starter), good communication and fast learning
- Strong motivation to drive impact by making product improvements.
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders.

**_ Education/ training preferred_**
- Bachelor in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Telecom & Networking or IT related major
