We are looking for software engineer freshers to join our team for a **3-month training program**.

This program is designed to give young talents in the IT industry the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of distributed systems. You will work with a team of experienced engineers who are passionate about building and scaling backend systems. You will also learn how to continuously improve our engineering practices.

**1 - EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES**

It would be great if you have these important characteristics:

- **Fresh graduate or final-year students** in related fields: information technology, computer science, etc
- You have dabbled in backend systems via coursework, and/or projects
- You care about quality and you know what it means to ship high-quality code
- **Adaptability, flexibility with working environment**:

- Honest, proactive
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Diligent, fast learner, and good team player
- And nice to have:_
- _Good knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript._
- _Knowledge of version control systems: Git, SVN,..._
