Develop and manage the production plan for video game projects
- Supervise the team to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
- Collaborate with various departments such as design, engineering, and art to ensure project goals are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage project budgets
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure the success and competitiveness of projects

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor's degree in game design, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a game producer, with a portfolio of successful game titles.
- Strong knowledge of the video game industry and current market trends.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams of developers, artists, and designers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in game development.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
