Our client brings ideas to life with an AI-powered software designed to help build and operate software projects. The company is flipping software development on its head and kicking out the notion that you need to be an expert or do boot camps to learn how to make your app. They are providing a low-code app development platform, that allows to build software 6x faster and 70% cheaper.

Now, Pentalog is assisting our scale-up and seeking an experienced **Scrum Master** or **People Manager** who will help expand our partner’s team.

**Job requirements**:
For this** Scrum Master/People Manager** role, you will need to bring to the table the following skills:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or hands-on experience working as Frontend, JavaScript or Mobile Developer.
- ** 5+ years** of experience as a **Scrum Master** or **Team Leader, Project Manager**...in any well-known software environment.
- Excellent command of** Agile/ Scrum** software delivery methodology.
- Understanding of **software development** processes and **procedures**.
- Good **communication **skills.
- Exceptional leadership skills as you will play a model role and influence your team with your knowledge and **Agile-infused** experience of delivery.
- Good analytical skills.
- The ability to respond to issues/problems related to the team or pWork in Agile teams, enjoy good teamwork, and a professional environment.
- Proficient in **English **(listening, speaking, reading, writing).
