They are providing a low-code app development platform, that allows to build software 6x faster and 70% cheaper.


Now, Pentalog is assisting our scale-up and seeking an experienced
Scrum Master or
People Manager who will help expand our partner's team.


Job requirements:

For this
Scrum Master/People Manager role, you will need to bring to the table the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or hands-on experience working as Frontend, JavaScript or Mobile Developer.
-
5+ years of experience as a
Scrum Master or
Team Leader, Project Manager any well-known software environment.

  • Excellent command of
    Agile/ Scrum software delivery methodology.
  • Understanding of
    software development processes and
    procedures.
  • Good
    communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills as you will play a model role and influence your team with your knowledge and
    Agileinfused experience of delivery.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • The ability to respond to issues/problems related to the team or pWork in Agile teams, enjoy good teamwork, and a professional environment.
  • Proficient in
    English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
