- 2D drafting and 3D modelling for construction projects.
- Create, update & revise 3D geometries utilizing CAD 2D floor plans and elevations for the creation of energy models
- Maintain the accuracy of geometries and ensure the integrity and quality of deliverables;
- Coordinate deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.
- Assist in the development of internal standards and guidelines for work planning.
- Assist in the creation, update and revision of 3D model geometries throughout the project life cycle.
- Performing building energy simulations, track, structure and present the results;

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Civil and Mechanical engineering are also acceptable.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is appreciated;
- Good knowledge of English.
- Proven experience working with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Work experience for international companies is appreciated.
- Work experience with energy modeling software is appreciated.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel. VBA and other Programming skills appreciated.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
