- Promote and follow-up the Digitalization of the local agency ( eZ Quote, eBL, eZim, MyZim, eZ Portal, No Ref
- No loading, L2A, local website etc ).
- Monitor the customer engagement (Customer Survey, Webinar, On-boarding, Booking Materialization, CRM)
- Broadcast company’s corporate and public communication (social media)
- Data Integrity (New/Lost, CUCC management )
- Market Intelligence

**Requirements**:

- Education: University graduation
- Good at English speaking and writing
- Microsoft Office skill: Excel, Doc, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience in working in system is an advantage
