**I. Brand Management**:
**Sales**:

- Exceed assigned sales targets and optimize resources to surpass company objectives.
- Analyze sales reports to enhance sales plans and marketing strategies for continuous growth.
- Implement astute business development strategies to amplify revenue.
- Set ambitious sales targets, create captivating promotions, and oversee distribution channels.

**Products**:

- Take ownership of inventory management, ensuring smooth stock turnover and minimizing losses in the responsible stores.
- Regularly review ranking lists, staying attuned to market trends.
- Provide valuable training to staff members on seasonal fashion trends and insights.
- Aggregate inventory data to facilitate appropriate product transfers between stores
- Manage and supervise daily and weekly stocktaking activities.
- Perform purchasing analysis and recommend additional merchandise procurement.
- Prepare reports highlighting popular and underperforming items to inform future purchasing decisions.
- Take charge of seasonal purchasing at the brand's showroom
- Conduct comprehensive purchasing analysis for all stores prior to buying trips.
- Utilize profit and loss analysis to devise effective sales strategies, gauge consumption trends for each product, and establish well-informed ordering plans.
- Foster strong collaboration with various departments within the brand, ensuring insightful sales analysis for the Vietnam market.

**Staff Management**:
**_Internal:_**
- Enforce labor regulations and train, develop, and manage subordinates.
- Provide training on new products, sales techniques, and customer care.
- Monitor sales revenues and guide staff to ensure compliance and exceptional performance.
- Motivate and inspire team members, foster a harmonious working environment, and deliver outstanding customer service.

**_External:_**
- Deliver outstanding customer service, address feedback, and engage in direct marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Brand Image Management:

- Maintain clean, organized stores and conduct market research.
- Assume responsibility for brand image concerns.

**II. PR & Marketing**:

- Develop a dynamic brand promotion strategy and execute PR & Marketing plans.
- Plan and execute events, identify marketing opportunities, and report on effectiveness.

**III. Others**:

- Establish and refine regulations, complete required reports, and travel as needed.
- Report to the GM and fulfill assigned tasks.
