PLANNING TASKS
- Plan short, medium and long term financial strategies for the whole company system.58
- Direct departments to digitize data; building and completing processes to serve administrative needs.

MANAGING TASKS
- Establish, adjust, monitor the implementation of the company's budget.
- Control and warn about business and legal risks.
- Treasury and tax management, risk management, insurance to meet operational and strategic business targets.
- Control budget and capital expenditure & cash management.

ASSISTANCE TASKS
- Check and analyze financial reports of member companies, consolidated financial reports.
- Work with investors, credit institutions, banks, finance leasing companies on raising capital for the company.
- Ensure the accuracy of periodic reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) of member companies.
- Set up and control administrative reports to serve the administrative needs of the BOD.
- Analyze, evaluate and consulting the Chairman of the BOD on financial decisions in the company

OTHER TASKS
- Prepare financial documents for the Chairman.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Chairman.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelors/ Master’s in accounting/ Finance/Auditing.
- At least 3 years of continuous experience in the financial field
- Understand of regulations and legal systems in business and financial markets, accounting, statistics and administration.
- Understand of planning a strategic budget
- CFA Certification level 2-3 (proved the original, submit a certified true copy).
- ACCA, CPA Certification would be an added advantage
- IELTS Academic Overall of 6.0+
- Knowledge of driving car
- Proficient in calculation software
- Proactive problem solver with good negotiation, planning and organizing skills
- Plann, analyze, synthesize, forecast and evaluate the market.
- Age: 1988 to 1994
- Organized approach and able to work under pressure
