**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

The role focuses on financial planning and accounting for our group of entities around the globe for our Singapore, United States, Vietnam, and Germany offices. Your duties will include:

- Assist the FP&A Manager on the preparation of budgets, business plans, presentations and ad-hoc tasks
- Perform operating cost management and analysis for the Group by monitoring financial performance against the projected budgets and forecasts and identifying areas for cost savings
- Oversee the Accounts Payable function and ensure that expenses are captured accurately in a timely manner and in line with statutory regulations
- Code and record supplier invoices
- Process staff reimbursements
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment proposals
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing of accounts, including preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support preparation of financial statements
- Assist in liaising with external parties like auditors, tax agents and government authorities
- Assist with administrative/HR tasks as and when required

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

This is a great opportunity for experienced finance/accountancy professionals with 3-5 years of experience. We are seeking individuals who possess:

- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance and/or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA/CA/CPA)
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Slides preferred
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial/business modelling skills
- Solid foundation in accounting regulations (IFRS and GAAP)
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Pro-active, independent, and willing to learn
