**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
1. Lắng nghe yêu cầu mô tả từ các khách hàng Nhật bản để tạo tài liệu thiết kế cơ bản (※1).
(Thành phần tham gia họp với khách hàng sẽ bao gồm cả PM người Nhật và thông dịch).
2. Thực hiện thiết kế chi tiết dựa trên tài liệu thiết kế cơ bản. Đưa ra chỉ thị cho đội phát triển.
3. Quản lý đội phát triển với quy mô khoảng 5 người (dev + tester) (※2).
4. Xem xét và đề ra kiến trúc, phương hướng thực hiện thích hợp.
5. Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo chất lượng thành phẩm.

※1. Thiết kế cơ bản = Thiết kế màn hình / Thiết kế interface / Thiết kế chức năng Batch, v.v
※2. Bao gồm phân chia công việc, quản lý tiến độ, review thành phẩm, v.v

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển hệ thống Web (ưu tiên kĩ năng PHP, tuy nhiên những ngôn ngữ lập trình khác vẫn có thể ứng tuyển).
- Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế cơ bản.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý team 3 - 5 người.

**Ưu tiên ứng viên có thêm có kĩ năng dưới đây**:

- Kinh nghiệm thương thảo với khách hàng.
- Có kiến thức sâu về kiểm thử phần mềm, có kinh nghiệm đảm bảo chất lượng.
