Team Leader

**Job description**:

- Quản lý team UI/UX Designer ( từ 3-4 người ) trong việc thiết kế giao diện người dùng cho các sản phẩm Web, Mobile App.
- Định hướng thiết kế UI/UX cho Web, App và Game theo tiêu chí thân thiện với người dùng: Landing Page, trang Admin, hình ảnh,.
- Nghiên cứu và phân tích nhu cầu người dùng để tạo ra các trải nghiệm người dùng (UX) sáng tạo và hiệu quả.
- Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc thiết kế, lên ý tưởng concept và phát triển các giao diện người dùng (UI) đẹp mắt, trực quan và dễ sử dụng.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận liên quan để lựa chọn phương án thiết kế phù hợp với nhu cầu của khách hàng Nghiên cứu và cập nhật các xu hướng UI/UX

**Your skills and experience**:

- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 3- 4 năm trong vai trò UI/UX Designer.
- Có kinh nghiệm 1- 2 năm quản lý team 3- 4 người
- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ thiết kế như Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), v.v.
- Cảm nhận tốt về thiết kế giao diện người dùng và hiểu biết vững chắc về các nguyên tắc cơ bản về UI / UX.
- Có khả năng lên concept, thiết kế Key Visual là một lợi thế.
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về Thiết kế đồ họa hoặc CSS/HTML là một điểm cộng.
- Khả năng teamwork tốt, biết cách sắp xếp thời gian hợp lý.
- Trung thực, nhiệt tình, có trách nhiệm trong công việc
