As a UIUX Designer, you will improve the user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a great user experience. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software developers to ensure that the digital interfaces are intuitive, aesthetically and aligned with client branding and service goal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with PM to understand the project objectives, brand identity and user needs, ensuring our designs meet their service expectations.
- Skillfully create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts, making sure they are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Ensure that all visual design elements are in harmony with the client's branding and the specific requirements of the project, reflecting a coherent visual identity.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of design guidelines and standards.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in the IT industry. Experience in Korean IT companies or similar international settings is a plus.
- High proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, along with familiarity with supporting tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- The ability to think creatively and resolve problems when faced with new challenges, utilizing a design thinking approach to drive innovation and improvement.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design is a plus.
- Language: English (fluent is a plus).
